The Eating for Health® Model of nutrition was developed by Bauman College Founder and President Dr. Ed Bauman. The model recognizes that each person is different, and, as a result, diets should be suited to a person’s individual taste, temperament, needs, access to ingredients, and metabolic tendency. One of the great strengths of the Eating for Health® model is that it can, and naturally will, evolve over time with changing circumstances.This is not a fad diet, or latest trend, but a whole foods approach to nutrition that meets participants where they are.
This program is designed for those wanting to learn the Foundations of Balanced Nutrition to support Digestion, Energy, and Mood. You will be guided through a series of 4 modules, learning step-by-step how to make positive, practical, and sustainable changes to nourish your mind and body.

MKN Eating for Health Program
Where: Online! Self-guided with weekly group check -ins. Access the material in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Modules will be released at the beginning of each week with weekly educational workshops every Tuesday evening*.
When: October 22 - November 12, 2019, with Weekly Group Webinar Tuesdays @ 7:30 PT*
Registration closes October 22nd.
* If you cannot make the scheduled weekly workshops, you can still sign up and benefit from the EFH Program. Workshops will be recorded live and made available to all participants. Megan is available via email for support and to answer any questions you may have along the way. Plus, you will have open access to the material indefinitely.
